Mr. Arun is a Professor at the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He is an applied researcher and his current focus is on “Evidence based impact evaluation for international development”. He works on assignments with Department of International Development (DFID), Government of UK and other field level intervention based organisations on various developmental issues. He also researches on e-business valuation of start-ups. His teaching interests are in the area of Accounting, Corporate Valuation, Project Finance and Governance. He has worked on Market Integrations, Stability of Long-run Relationship in Asian stock markets, Changing role of market dominance, etc. He has co-authored two books one on Management Accounting with Prof. Robert Kaplan of Harvard Business School and Prof. Atkinson of University of Waterloo; and another on "Public perception of security" which encompasses food and health security. He has also undertaken number of consulting assignments ranging from Multi country - common resource stake-holder developmental issues, economic analysis of large infrastructure projects, organization restructuring, to risk mitigation initiatives of Central Banks in the Asian region. He is also actively involved in the training space and has worked closely with Oil & Gas companies in Asia, Investment Banks, manufacturing entities, Central Banks in the South and East Asian region on risk management and risk mitigation.

Abdulla Mohammad Ibrahim Hassan Abdulla is the CEO of Mark AB Capital Investment. He is specialized in strategic mergers and acquisitions. Abdulla leads his team in various special situation M&A transactions.
He is instrumental in implementing projects with the Saudi Investment Fund, through the Roshan Housing Scheme, in addition to the Seven Entertainment project, and other projects in King Abdullah Financial District.

Dr. Ravichandran Rajagopalan, has a Doctorate in Strategic Management. He is an IICA-MCA qualified Independent Director and a Management & Finance professional with 40 years of industry experience, travelled to 64 counties on Business, Consulting, Research, Trade and Development. He has done a Post- Doctoral Research in Investment Banking for International Business (Equity, LBO, Structured Private Debt, M&A, Merchant Banking) and is a Fellow Member & Qualified Chartered Ship Broker, FICS(UK). He has various other degrees and certificates in accounts and finance management.

Mr. Suryanarayanan 64 years, is a Graduate Mechanical Engineer with Honors and Diploma in Management. He has varied experience in various industries and corporations in India and worked for large International Companies. He held various leadership positions. He has served in Industries mostly in Engineering and EPC’s for Balance of Plants in cooling towers, water and air pollution control equipment. He has presented papers on water conservation and usage of Sea water in cooling system for coastal projects. He got training in US and Belgium. His focus area has been Industrial EPC business. His last assignment was as Director and CEO of Hamon Group in India for their Cooling System.

Rajesh Kumar Bansal is a Banking Professional with 33+ years of experience in Public Sector Bank Managing Large Corporate Credit, Debt Resolution including Debt Restructuring, Resolution under Corporate Insolvency Process etc. Prior to joining banking industry, he had served as Production Engineer in Yarn Spinning for more than 4 years.
Mr. Rajesh Kumar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Textile from Technological Institute of Textiles, Bhiwani and holds CAIIB from Indian Institute of Banking Finance. He is also a Qualified Insolvency Resolution Professional
